Story

Many hours of dough, since I was a child.

I learned to bake at home, in Colombia, with my family. Later I trained at SENA — the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje — and went on to lead an eight-person bakery team at Carulla S.A., one of the largest grocery chains in the country. I helped cut product waste by 20% there through better rotation and planning.

In 2024 I moved to Florida and joined Peruánísima Bakery & Cafe in Altamonte Springs, where I now bake bread and pastries every day, supervise the kitchen, and keep the production line steady.

I am looking for a long-term home with a company that values craft and reliability — a bakery where I can grow, contribute, and be part of a team that takes the work seriously.

Aprendí a hornear en casa, en Colombia, con mi familia. Luego me formé en el SENA y llegué a liderar un equipo de ocho personas en la panadería de Carulla S.A., una de las cadenas de supermercados más grandes del país. Allí ayudé a reducir el desperdicio en un 20% mediante mejor rotación y planificación.

En 2024 me mudé a Florida y entré a Peruánísima Bakery & Cafe en Altamonte Springs, donde horneo pan y pastelería todos los días, superviso la cocina y mantengo la producción al día.

Busco un hogar a largo plazo en una empresa que valore el oficio y la responsabilidad — una panadería donde pueda crecer, aportar y formar parte de un equipo que toma el trabajo en serio.
